eCommerce Content Executive Permanent - Full Time
Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 5-8 days per month from our office in Covent Garden.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
How will you make an impact?
- Working closely with Merchandising, Marketing and Email teams to plan and update the site, ensuring the best possible user experience across browsers and devices.
- Planning campaign and promotional creative across the site to ensure consistent and effective messaging throughout the customer journey.
- Collaborating with suppliers and partners to update and edit brand pages and blogs, with a proactive and analytical approach to processing improvements.
- Reporting on successes and analysing engagement, providing suggestions for improvement and identifying opportunities to optimise content and maximise conversion rates.
- Identifying opportunities for informative content to support seasonal campaigns and product ranges, working closely with other departments on creating content, coordinating production and reporting on engagement.
- Writing, editing and proofreading content to ensure it’s grammatically correct and engaging for the websites.
- A/B testing using Adobe Target.
Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Experience working in an eCommerce environment and using a Content Management System
- An understanding of SEO and factors affecting conversion rates
- An analytical approach and experience using software such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Proven editing and online copywriting skills
- A proactive approach to finding solutions with a continual drive for improvement
- Experience briefing and providing feedback to designers
