Retail Senior Customer Advisor – 24 hours Permanent - Part Time NEW

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Runners Need is joined by Cotswold Outdoor and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability! How will you make an impact? As a Senior Customer Advisor, you’ll be working alongside like-minded people and our ever-growing customer base. Day-to-day you can expect to be:

• Delivering a high level of customer service and mentoring colleagues to embed a customer first approach
• Using key selling skills to maximise sales
• Developing your understanding of the principles of visual merchandising standards and maintaining these across the store
• Performing operational tasks such as picking orders and restocking displays
• Providing customers with a range of specialist services such as boot fits, IMBOX, gait analysis etc
• Developing and maintaining your product knowledge and professional skills using our eLearning system and opportunities provided by our People and Product Development team
• Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment by taking personal responsibility for health and safety and store policies and procedures

Please note this role is 24 hours per week working on a rota basis in our brand new Runners Need department (opening 6th June) You’ll fit right in if you have:

• A passion for providing excellent customer service
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
• A passion for all things outdoors and running
