As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

• Supporting the Senior Windows and POS Manager with developing creative solutions for windows and in-store POS on a seasonal basis, taking the marketing campaigns and bringing them to life.
• Ensuring a strong working relationship is kept with the studio to make sure we have continuity to bring the concept to life whilst staying on brand.
• Managing all trade reactive POS and offers, ensuring these stay within budget and are delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring the tactical toolkit is up to date and able to be used across the estate at all times.
• Managing the refit criteria with the VM Implementation Manager.
• Low level POS production and management (ticketing and production, liaison with Buying team, and management of the CPA)
• Working closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to give feedback and develop the branded solus windows and instore campaigns.
• Developing reusable elements to build a library of multi-purpose props that we can use all year round to elevate the window proposition.
• Managing the windows budget and working with the artworkers to ensure deadlines are met – Keeping the Senior Windows and POS Manager regularly informed.
• SMU management and development for in-store activation.
• Managing adhoc, bespoke, and seasonal store requests and ensuring these are within budget and delivered when required.
• Working with the VM Co-Ordinator to develop window install guidelines for the retail teams.

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Experience of VM management or POS production.
• Good experience managing projects
• Knowledge of retail environments
• Excellent creative skills and attention to detail
• A good understanding of how to apply consistency guidelines
• Excellent understanding of Adobe creative suite, in particular In-Design and Photoshop
• Great reporting skills
