As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

  • Working closely as part of the training team to ensure all sessions are prepared in advance and documented after completion
  • Delivering training courses in-person for warehouse colleagues
  • Monitoring the WMS Academy e-learning space to ensure that all training is delivered and assessments are validated and logged
  • Supporting the development of training materials by providing ideas, input and reflection on training sessions
  • Supporting the WMS Project Co-Ordinator with any administration or wider project activities such as system/operational testing
  • Providing in-person support to the operational team to help with retraining and investigating issues during the Go Live period

Please note this role is 40 hours per week. This is a secondment from 1st January 2024 – 30th June 2024.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and how to plan and deliver training sessions
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Work, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to work across early and late shifts (6:30am-10:30pm) and some weekends
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
