As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
How will you make an impact?
- Working closely as part of the training team to ensure all sessions are prepared in advance and documented after completion
- Delivering training courses in-person for warehouse colleagues
- Monitoring the WMS Academy e-learning space to ensure that all training is delivered and assessments are validated and logged
- Supporting the development of training materials by providing ideas, input and reflection on training sessions
- Supporting the WMS Project Co-Ordinator with any administration or wider project activities such as system/operational testing
- Providing in-person support to the operational team to help with retraining and investigating issues during the Go Live period
Please note this role is 40 hours per week. This is a secondment from 1st January 2024 – 30th June 2024.
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and how to plan and deliver training sessions
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Work, Excel and PowerPoint
- Flexibility to work across early and late shifts (6:30am-10:30pm) and some weekends
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage priorities and tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
