As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined byRunners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

• Working as a key contact for your team, motivating and supporting them to reach their targets and holding accountability for your team’s fulfilment and KPI’s
• Overseeing colleague attendance, performance, and conduct within your team
• Putting the customer first in every part of the operation, instilling company values within your team to provide an excellent service to all
• Working with your team, managers and other departments to forecast workloads and plan staff accordingly
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by carrying out regular health and safety checks, reporting and acting on all accidents or near misses and ensuring safe systems of work

Please note this role is 40 hours per week working Monday – Friday 08.00 – 16.30.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Supervisory experience within the warehousing or logistics industry
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to plan and prioritise workloads for you and your team
