As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Snow + Rock and Runners Needto support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

  • Managing the day-to-day workload of the Customer Care department, ensuring the right people are on the right activities at the right time
  • Driving the department to exceed targets
  • Supporting the team in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring these are logged and share with the Leadership Team
  • Creating the mood and feel of the department by engaging with the team throughout the day and running incentives
  • Having a clear presence in the office and being available for those working from home
  • Maintaining excellent awareness and understanding of what is happening in the department at any point in the day
  • Reporting on the previous days performance at department and individual level, tracking performance hourly to identify potentially avoidable issues

Please note this role is 40 hours per week. You will be required to work 1 in 3 weekends.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Leadership experience, preferably in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems
