Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 5-8 days per month from our office in Kemble.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

  • Managing partnership accounts in line with the partnerships strategy and expected ways of working
  • Creating and executing annual marketing communication plans for each partner
  • Supporting with contract negotiations and various administrative functions linked to the development and deployment of the partnerships strategy across all three brands
  • Working in collaboration with internal stakeholders to maximise partner exposure across owned communication channels
  • Using internal systems and tools to build annual forecasts aligned with partnership KPI’s
  • Building and running reports about partnership performance to inform decision making

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail sector
  • An understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel marketing
  • Experience with account/relationship management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A pro-active, positive attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint
