As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

• Providing excellent service to our customers via telephone, chat and email
• Building rapport quickly with customers to enable understanding of each specific customer's needs and wants
• Being passionate about being the face of the company, consistently delivering positive and friendly service throughout the whole customer journey
• Driving sales by providing good customer service and product knowledge
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining departmental and personal service level agreements and key performance indicators in line with company expectations

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
