Please note this role is 40 hours per week.
As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!
How will you make an impact?
Our Regional Support Manager drive the customer journey in our stores and deliver a memorable retail experience by:
• Provided Dedicated Support and coaching to store colleagues and managers.
• Work with the Regional Manager to support the structure and deliver the Regional Strategy.
• Cover the role of Store Manager or Regional Manager on an interim Basis.
• Provide additional support in carrying out investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Monitoring sales performance on a regular basis, keeping accurate records and observing trends.
• Lead specific projects in the region as required.
• Ensure that stores supported in region adhere to company operational (financial, stock etc), H&S and people policies and proceduresYou'll fit right in if...
• Ability to earn trust, build rapport and provide leadership within short timescales.
• Communicate impactfully with people and demonstrating inclusivity.
• Ability to embrace, lead and manage change in an evolving environment.
• Operate with autonomy and deliver results without the need to follow up.
• Use time and resource to maximum effect to manage and enhance performance.
• Highly organised and proactive self-starter.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.• PC literate (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
