As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

• Developing designated accounts, strengthening both relationships and commercial performance
• Identifying customer acquisition opportunities and supporting with the delivery of the B2B sales strategy
• Promoting the B2B sales proposition and acting as a champion for O&CC brand values
• Working with the Partnerships team to optimise B2B revenue through the outdoor partnership network
• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the order process to enhance retention
• Re-engaging historic B2B customers to establish revenue channels across O&CC's retail brand network

You'll fit right in if...

• You're an experienced Account Manager with a track record of successfully growing multiple accounts
• You provide client-focused solutions and excellent customer service
• You have a good understanding of the corporate procurement process
• You're a strong communicator with good negotiation skills
