As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Day to day management of return on ad spend accounts across Goggle Shopping, Google Search, Google Retargeting, Bing, and Meta
• Optimising and testing all advertising including copy, creative, targeting and landing pages
• Maintaining reports on key performance metrics including sales, cost, return on investment, and ad performance
• Designing and delivering shopping feed optimisation by combining commercial data with statistically significant tests
• Working closely with international colleagues to test and share knowledge on best practice within the search engine marketing space

• You have hands on paid per click experience within an online retail environment
• You understand the impacts of GDPR within paid search
• You have excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• You're able to explain complex requirements and data to colleagues in a clear and engaging manner 
• You're highly motivated with the ability
