As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

• Managing the day-to-day workload of the Customer Care department, ensuring the right people are on the right activities at the right time
• Driving the department to exceed targets
• Supporting the team in identifying continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring these are logged and shared with the Leadership Team
• Creating the mood and feel of the department by engaging with the team throughout the day and running incentives
• Having a clear presence in the office and being available for those working from home
• Maintaining excellent awareness and understanding of what is happening in the department at any point in the day
• Reporting on the previous day's performance at department and individual level, tracking performance hourly to identify potentially avoidable issues

You'll fit right in if...

• Proven customer service experience
• Leadership experience, preferably in a similar environment
• Excellent communication skills
• High levels of attention to detail
• Ability to solve problems
