The Buying Team selects and purchases merchandise to meet customer demand and maximise profitability. They are responsible for market analysis, vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and terms and making informed buying decisions that align with the company's target market, and brand strategy.
The Central Operations team manages the overall operations of our stores. They are responsible for overseeing store management, staffing, customer service and ensuring that all retail operations run smoothly and efficiently, ultimately contributing to our success in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
The Customer Care Team drives excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships. They are responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product information, processing orders and returns and ensuring customer satisfaction at every interaction.
The Digital Marketing Team plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales through digital channels. They are responsible for managing social media campaigns, search engine optimisation, content creation, email marketing and digital advertising efforts. They use data and analytics to optimise campaigns and maximise O&CC’s online visibility.
The eCommerce Team is responsible for our online sales channels. They develop and maintain our websites, ensuring smooth functionality as well as managing product listings, overseeing online transactions and implementing strategies to drive online traffic, enhance user experience, and maximise online sales growth.
The Finance Team manages all financial aspects of our business. They are responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They provide insights and strategic guidance to drive profitability, efficiency and financial stability.
The Marketing Team develops and implements effective strategies to promote products, attract customers and increase sales. They are responsible for creating engaging marketing campaigns, managing advertising channels, analysing customer data to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
The Merchandising Team is responsible for analysing market trends, selecting product assortments, managing inventory levels, pricing strategies and optimising product placement and visual displays, all with the objective of maximising customer engagement, driving revenue, and maintaining a strong brand presence.
The People Team manages all aspects of human resources and fostering a positive work culture. They are responsible for talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration as well as internal communications.
The Studio Team create high-quality visual content for marketing and promotional purposes. They are responsible for producing product images, videos, and other visual assets that showcase our business in an engaging and visually appealing manner, supporting brand messaging and driving customer interest.
The Visual Merchandising Team creates visually appealing and engaging displays to attract customers and enhance the overall shopping experience. They are responsible for designing and arranging product displays, selecting props and signage, implementing promotional campaigns and ensuring brand consistency in-store.
The Warehouse Team manages the inventory and ensures efficient storage and distribution of products. They are responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming deliveries, organising and maintaining stock levels, accurately picking and packing orders, coordinating logistics and shipping and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
