As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

• Planning and delegating daily team activities
• Motivating and monitoring the team to ensure they are productive and professional
• Managing escalated complains and filing complaints and compliments
• Providing support to colleagues with identifying and solving complex issues
• Managing day to day individual requests from the team and escalating to the Operations Manager when needed
• Driving continuous improvement for customer experience, service level agreements, and key performance indicators
