As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

As a member of our store team, you’ll be working alongside like-minded people and our ever-growing customer base. Day-to-day you can expect to be:

• Carrying out full assessments on customer’s ski and snowboards, including using machinery for belt and stone grinds
• Providing a ski and snowboard patch repair and waxing service
• Installing ski bindings
• Modelling the company values, taking pride in your store and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience

You'll fit right in if...

• You have previous ski or snowboard workshop experience and a good eye for detail
• You're passionate about providing excellent customer service
• You have great communication skills
