As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Planning store layouts to make the best use of space and improve customer flow
• Creating product display plans to boost sales and make stores look great
• Keeping store layouts consistent while allowing for regional differences
• Designing layouts for new stores and store refits

You'll fit right in if...

• You have experience in retail space planning, store design or visual merchandising
• You understand customer behavior, retail operations, and merchandising strategies
• You're a strong communicator with great stakeholder management skills
• You can analyse sales data and use insights to improve store layouts
• You're confident using space planning software and planogram tools
