As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Developing and implementing a regional visual merchandising strategy
• Planning and executing store layouts, seasonal updates and visual merchandising adaptations
• Conducting regular store visits to review visual merchandising standards, providing feedback, setting objectives and driving improvements
• Coaching and training store teams to enhance visual merchandising skills and identify talent
• Maintaining strong communiction with Regional Managers and other key stakeholders
• Leading new store openings, enhancement projects and visual merchandising initiatives
• Monitoring market trends and competitors, sharing insights to refine strategies

You'll fit right in if...

• You have experience in regional or area visual merchandising, ideally in premium retail
• You’re skilled in window displays, mannequin styling, and creating impactful in-store visual merchandising
• You have a strong understanding of layout planning, optimization, and using commercial data to drive return on investment
• You’re proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• You hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel across the region
