As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Developing and delivering product, brand and category strategies to support long term business goals
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and overseeing brand partnerships to drive innovation and profitability
• Leading the creation of strategies, identifying trends and maximising revenue opportunities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies seamlessly
• Managing and developing a small team, ensuring effective delegation of tasks
• Reviewing trading performance and market insights, conducting store visits, supplier meetings and attending trade fairs to inform decision making

You’ll fit right in if…

• You have experience working as a Buyer with strong commercial awareness and market insight
• You bring excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence, delegate and manage time effectively
• You are practive, resilient and enthusiastic about driving product innovation and leading change
• You possess strong negotiation and numeracy skills, combined with a creative and forward-thinking mindset
• You thrive as a team player, balancing strategc thinking with a hands-on approach
