As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Leading the planning, execution and delivery of strategic projects, ensuring milestones, budgets and objectives are met
• Managing project budgets and resources, optimising allocation, controlling costs and tracking financial performance
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Developing business cases, providing financial justification, risk assessments and resource plans to secure approval
• Preparing and delivering project reports, summaries and presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risks, continuously improving processes and sharing insights to enhance success

You'll fit right in if...

• You have a proven track record of managing strategic projects and initiatives, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• You hold a project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar) and are proficient with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira or Asana (desireable)
• You're experienced in preparing and presenting business cases, financial reports and project updates to stakeholders
• You excel at managing stakeholder relationships, influencing, collaborating and building strong connections across teams
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful reports and presentations
