Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 2-3 days per week from our office in Kemble.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

  • Managing and coordinating complex calendars for senior leadership, prioritising meetings and appointments to optimise time and efficiency
  • Coordinating and managing travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics align with executive preferences and handling any last minute adjustments
  • Preparing and organising reports, presentations and other materials for senior leadership meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Acting as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing relationships and ensuring smooth communication
  • Hangling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, ensuring all data is stored securely and managed professionally
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support including managing office operations, organising filing systems and assisting with key projects

You'll fit right in if...

  • You have experience in an Executive Assistant or Coordinator role, providing seamless support to senior leadership
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using it to manage tasks and communicate efficiently
  • You understand privacy laws and best pracice for handling sensitive information with discretion
  • You're familiar with expense management systems and capable of tracking and reporting expenses
  • You have exceptional organisational skills, managing multiple priorities and ensuring smooth execution of various tasks
  • You can compile, analyse and synthesise data into clear and concise reports
