As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Crafting in-store customer journeys that are intuitive, visually stunning and reflect our passion for the outdoors
• Contributing to major campaigns and ad-hoc projects by generating ideas and delivering standout designs
• Creating assets for digital and in-store use, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables
• Bringing innovative ideas and staying ahead of trends to keep our design standards fresh and forward-thinking
• Refining designs based on feedback from the Senior Creative and stakeholders, ensuring the best results
• Collaborating with marketing, product and sales teams to align designs with both customer and business needs

You'll fit right in if...

• You're proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• You have a qualification or experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related field
• You're a team player with strong time management skills
• You're proactive, detail oriented and produce high-quality work
• You thrive under deadlines and can manage multiple priorities with ease
