Please note this role is predominantly working from home but you will be required to work 1-2 days per week from our office in Kemble. This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.

As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

How will you make an impact?

  • Reviewing and verifying invoices for accuracy, completeness and adherence to regulations and company policies
  • Identifying discrepancies and errors in invoices such as incorrect pricing, quantity discrepancies, or tax issues
  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies and queries with vendors and internal departments
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve invoice-related issues promptly
  • Maintaining clear and detailed records of query resolutions
  • Generating regular reports summarising audit findings, query resolution status, and financial discrepancies
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve invoice and payment processes and reduce errors

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Experience in invoice auditing, accounts payable, or financial analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software and financial software systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex financial discrepancies
