As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Planning and organising retail spaces to maximise sales for each season
• Providing input into the creation of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines across all brands
• Supporting the Senior Visual Merchandising & Concept Manager with the delivery of new projects and store concepts
• Working with merchandising and store teams to create effective store layouts based on seasonal guidance
• Consistently developing the way we evolve space based on the visual merchandising strategy, analysis of sales data, and market trends
• Conducting regular store visits to ensure that layouts are effective
• Attending key events across the country including conferences, road shows, and seasonal briefs

You’ll fit right in if…

• You've got visual merchandising experience in a similar role
• You've got good influencing and negotiating skills
• You are an excellent communicator with the ability to adjust to suit situation and audience
• You have strong commercial awareness
• You have excellent time management and organisational skills
• You exhibit coaching skills and behaviours
• You have comprehensive PC skills, particularly in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
