As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

Our Regional Support Managers drive the customer journey in our stores and deliver a memorable retail experience by:

• Working with the Regional Manager to support and deliver the regional strategy    
• Providing dedicated support and coaching to store colleagues and managers
• Covering the role of Store Manager or Regional Manager when required
• Providing additional support in carrying out investigation, disciplinary and grievance processes
• Leading specific projects within the region

• You have a proven track record of working as a Store Manager and leading teams in a value-added retail environment
• You communicate impactfully with colleagues and demonstrate inclusivity
• You're able to lead, motivate and develop a positve and high achieveing retail team
• You have strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• You demonstrate strong leadership behaviours, adapting your style where appropriate
