As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Planning the transport operation to ensure sufficient resource is in place
• Organising drivers and vehicles and providing cover when needed
• Leading and developing the transport team with a focus on communication, engagement, training and regular feedback
• Planning servicing and repairs for our vehicle and fork truck fleet, ensuring that records are kept up to date
• Ensuring vehicles meet the required legal compliance standards
• Compiling reports and information relating to transport activity

You’ll fit right in if…

• You hold a CPC card
• You have experience in a driving role and auditing vehicles, including conducting thorough inspections and documenting compliance with safety and quality standards
• You have a proven track record of managing or supervising a van fleet in a fast-paced retail environment
• You're well organised and able to manage priorities and tasks for the wider team
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to positively collaborate with others
