Are you an experienced Operations Team Manager looking for a new challenge? We’re seeking a skilled and adaptable Warehouse Team Manager to lead our team and bring fresh perspectives to our warehouse operations. If you’ve managed teams and processes in an operations setting – whether that’s logistics, customer service, or manufacturing – you may already have what it takes to thrive in this role.

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Managing a team of warehouse operatives to meet and exceed productivity targets
• Coaching, developing and motivating your team to perform to a high standard and support our continuous improvement and lean ethos
• Using planning tools to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of your department, identifying possible issues before they occur
• Adopting a customer first approach and embedding this within your team
