As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.

How will you make an impact?

• Checking and processing invoices, tracking costs and keeping financial records
• Keeping property databases up to date and making sure key documents are completed on time
• Arranging property visits, handling lease renewals and rent reviews, and communicating with landlords and agents
• Keeping track of inspections, service charges and costs, and supporting with ratings and budgets
• Completing post-transaction tasks, updating records and managing building insurance claims

You'll fit right in if...

• You have experience in office or site management with good organisation and time management skills
• You understand property leases, renewals and rent reviews
• You know the basics of invoicing, reconciliation and cost tracking
• You have good IT skills including Excel VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• You communicate well and can work on your own when needed
• You pay attention to detail, handle sensitive information carefully and juggle different tasks
